- The perfect candidate for this position has a mission to serve and is hospitality-focused.
- Counter Charmers know how to multitask, stay customer-centered with great customer service, and stay calm and professional when the shop is busy.
- Our charmers take custom cookie, cake, and cupcake orders, and handle daily transitions with our customers.
- The ideal candidate must be able to stand on her feet for 3-4 hours at a time.
- Must have a great attitude.
savory kitchen line cooks
- The perfect candidate is reliable, has an insane attention to detail, knows food safety protocol, and follows recipes.
- Our savory team understands the importance of working as a unit to make sure each and every customer has a delightful experience.
- The ideal candidate must be able to stand on her feet for 4+ hours at a time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a great attitude.
bakers
- The perfect candidate for our baking position loves mornings!
- S/he also works well with routine and repetition and knows the importance of following recipes (and keeping those recipes confidential.)
- Bakers work as a team to make sure everything turns out exactly how our customers expect them to–which is important for brand consistency.
- The ideal candidate must be able to stand on her feet for 3-4 hours at a time and lift up to 50 pounds.

dish engineer/dishwasher
- The perfect candidate understands that s/he is the glue that literally keeps the entire ship running.
- This candidate can stand for 4+ hours at a time, understands kitchen safety, and knows sanitation protocol.
